I have been working with women to help them flourish for many years…

My passion has always been to give people a harmonious and contented life, taking them away from being hassled to being happy.

I work with mums, career women, self-employed women and much more besides. As women we often have so much to juggle and using coaching skills I help make that job a little easier and lot less stressful.

I also support women in being more self confident, helping them to understand what makes them truly happy and where they want to be in their life.
